Some weeks ago snooping on internet,I found some interesting pieces of jewelry made of barbie parts,I liked the idea so I start to ask myself how can I DIY that? and this is what I come up with,by this time I´ve done several pieces,earrings,rings, a brooch and it´s always basically the same procedure with minor modifications depending on what do you want,you can paint it with pastels or nail varnish,great as gifts,homemade is always better and personalized,this holydays don´t buy, D.I.Y.!!!

Pick the doll,and very carefully cut out the piece you like to work on with exacto knife,in this case an ear,then give it a oval or circular shape using scissors.

Mix the epoxy clay

Scrape some pastel color to the clay using scissors,and keep on mixing and adding color until you like the result.

Make a strip.

Frame your piece with it.

Now,make a little cover for the back.

Press them together.

Insert eye pin in this I use two,up and down.

If you want,add some decoration,let dry on cotton fabric,that way it doesn´t get sticked.

Finally,put earring hook (I add a little ornament on the down side),and you´re done!
