It is a cross between my Thumbprint Heart Necklace

and the barb wire heart here(added the barbed wire across the center). I am posting at a version here as it looks more like this project and this project was the inspiration for the necklace.

This is attached to a lighted keyring with a foil heart glued to the center of the keyring.
