put a cup of milk on the hob or in the micro wave and then add some dark chocolate- round 40 grams.

once the chocolate has melted and it is warm, get a banana and add half of it to the hold chocolate. eat the other half!

Using a blender or a hand mixer blend it up na drink- tres yummy! ^^
