makes muffins and cake with this recipie

its super easy too!

all you need is one bowl and fork for mashing!

Mash those bananas![in a lg bowl]

in the same bowl add the dry ingredients

like the

chocolate chips and nuts
nutmeg
cinnamon
baking powder and soda/water mix

MIX THAT UP!!!
now add the flour and stir it well

add the butter[I heated it in the micro] and the eggs

STIR STIR STIR

pour into the greased pans and dust the tops with crushed nuts

pop em into the oven

[350 degrees]

the muffins take 30 mins

the cake takes 45-50 mins
