Delicious and healthy banana nut bread
This banana nut bread is so simple to make and so delicious. You can use any nuts you desire or none at all, sprinkle in some chocolate chips, throw in dried fruits like cranberry, or add fresh ones like mango. Lately, I’ve been using more spelt flour in my baked goods instead of all purpose flour not so much for health reason but to increase the amount of whole grain we consume.

Total disaster. Something's wrong with the amount of butter to flour ratio. But, since my first time using Spelt flour, followed exactly. After 50 minutes, started to burn on top, but middle still gooey; left in another 10 so had burned top & sides, with uncooked middle but very, very greasy. Since I used organic butter and eggs, this was an expensive mess, not fit for eating.
