With Pink Frosting
Yummy!

The second picture is of some blue eggs and I put it up because they're just so pretty. Two of them are yellowy/ green, free range of course, that breed just lay nice coloured eggs! I used one for the mixture.

I missed out some of the ingrediants because I didn't have them. I just put two bananas in, even though the recipe says 1 Cup but it probably was about that and they turned out great anyway!

  • Step 1

Cream the sugar and the butter together.

  • Step 2

Mash up the bananas and add them to the sugar and butter as well as the egg and vanilla essence. Mix well.

  • Step 3

    Add the flour.

  • Step 4

Bake for 20 minutes at 200 Celsius/400 Fahrenheit/Gas Mark 6 (this is an estimate always make sure food is cooked properly even if they've been in for 20 mins!).

  • Step 5

Wait for them to cool and then put icing/frosting on and whatever you want. I used Betty Crocker's Ready to Use Icing, and added a small bit of the red food colouring to make it pink.
