Took a pair of old and boring black flats and decided to pimp them :D Found an old light blue leather skirt and cut out two rectangular pieces for the bows. Then some longer pieces to put around the bows and to attatach bow to the shoe. I first glued the bows, let the them dry a bit and then glued them onto sthe shoes. The sailor style buttons are made of plastic, so i was able do remove the button shanks with regular scissors. Then just glued them onto the leather. Cutting and gluing took abput and hour, then the glue had to dry. I used clothespins to keep bows thight toghether while drying :)
