Almost Nothing

  1. Step 1 1

Preheat an oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil (optinal).

  2. Step 2 2

With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Lightly coat ( I used an oil sprayer) kale with olive oil.

  3. Step 3 3

Lightly sprinkle with sea salt (also optional) Some times I add a little sugar to get the sweet/salty flavour.

  4. Step 4 4

Bake until dry and crunchy. Check on them often, they will burn quickly.
This picture shows what it looks like when its done.
