A quick and delicious pasta recipe =)
I like to cook this pasta when I'm really hungry and I want something good and quick =)
You may notice that there aren't quantities, that's because it's everything up to your personal taste! For example, I've just made about 150grams of pasta (you know, I only eat once a day XD ) with about 50grams of bacon cubes, and I don't know how much cream I used. . . For the saffron, here in Italy is sold in packages of 0,1g, and that's the quantity I use =)
Another note: I guess that you can put pepper too if you like it, I don't like it so I've never tried =P

You Will Need

Step 1
First of all, place a pot with water on the fire

While water is heating, put a pan with oil on the fire

Step 3
When the oil is at frying temperature, put the bacon cubes in it, and cook them
(I don't like them crisp so I stop before they become so, but of course you can cook them however you want!) -
Step 4
When the water boils, salt it and then put your pasta in it

Step 5
While pasta is cooking, add cream and saffron to the cooked bacon, and stir everything until it's well mixed
(NOT on the fire!) -
Step 6
When pasta is ready, drain it and put it back in the pot, then put the bacon and cream in it too

Step 7
Put everything on a low fire and stir until well combined
