first you need "grands" cinnamon rolls...these work best because the dough unrolls and makes this super easy. any kind of bacon will do

heat the oven to 350 and place strips of bacon on cookie sheet...place the bacon in the oven for 10 mins or so until it is partially cooked but still pliable...do not cook it all the way crunchy bacon just wont work here

unroll the cinnamon rolls so that you have long strips like this

place the bacon strips on the strips of dough and roll it back up

bake the rolls at 350 for 20-30 mins until brown

frost and voila deliciousness
