Cut two squares and two rectangles from the foam, two slightly smaller. Position on the card and glue into place when your happy, repeat with the smaller two, glueing ontop.
Glue your button onto the square and your words onto the rectangle.
I also used a foot print punch to cut out little feet from coloured paper.
