use a sock to keep your change!
My friend had this little snap coin purse, but it was a little sock! i thought it was the cutest thing but said "pssh i can make that myself." came back to school next day with one hand-made. I'm proud.

    Take a small-ish baby sock..well a nicer one than the picture.

    Step 2

    Make a slit on one layer of the top part of the sock (shown in the picture in red) If there isnt a little layered area for your sock, simply flip the sock inside out, fold about half an inch or so down and sew it down. the nyou can make your slit.

    Place your slit wherever you want the ribbon to land, i choose the sides.

    Step 3

    Get your ribbon and put a safety pin that would fit through the hole at the tip of it. String it all the way around until it comes out the other slit.

  • Step 4

    Tie knots att he end of each ribbon and you're ready to go show off that new coin purse!
