I used fiber fill and packed it pretty tightly Happy

What did you fill it with? I don't know what is usually inside of a pin cushion (some type of bead type stuff?)

Hi - The doll head is plastic and I just cut around the hairline with my really strong (hardware) scissors. But you could use a pair of tin snips if you don't have hardware scissors.
