Life in Jersey is so awesome live.

So, years ago I went to Rock the Light and Life in Jersey was there. They were really nice guys and super cool to talk to. Their bassist was soo hardxcore.

After the concert I went and bought a T-Shirt because they were amazing. They only had this style in guy cut so I bought it and it fit kinda awkwardly. So after a while I just didn't wear it and it's been sitting in my closet forever.

Lately I have been super crafty due to being super cool and buying Megan Nicolay's book "Generation T: Beyond Fashion." Being inspired I made this tote in the name of DIY and Fashion everywhere. Here's the basics.

*Sorry for the terrible direction pics*

I totally lost the graphics I made so hopefully the verbal directions will be alright...

1.) You need to take your old shirt and cut it into a square. Depending on how big you want your bag it could be the whole shirt or just a few inchest

  2. 2

2.) Sew all the open sides. In the case of my bag, I just had to sew the bottom, but if you cut out a square entirely you are going to need to sew up three sides.

  3. 3

3.) Sew on the straps and enjoy.

Sorry I'm so bad at trying to describe this. I'm going to make a haloween bag, so I will make sure to make a video.

    Thanks for reading guys! :]
