Hey!
I got this idea from someone in here - just can't remember who.
Can't remember how long it took, but about an hour :)
But this is my super awesome Vinyl Watch.

Take the old watch, take off the hands (hour hands+minute hand)and take off the little machine on the back.

Draw some numbers and cut them out.

Forgot to take more pictures :(
Okay, you put the little machine through the little hole (like the watch), attach the hands and glue the numbers on.

Put a battery in and you're DONE :)
