This was another experiment. I did four strands of embroidery thread and on each one put 3-4 buttons. I tied a knot, then added a bead, then put on the button, then another bead and then tied another knot. Then I tried to layer them so they wouldn't all be knotted in the same spacing. What I wish I had done before attaching the clasp is maybe knotted the lines together here and there to keep them together.
