Not your grandma's pillbox!
I did this pillbox some months ago. I am actually a bit hypocondriac so I feel cool with some pills in my pocket. If you are not as crybaby as me you can carry altoids!

Take an old pillbox. I used this golden one, it looks very kitsch!

Put it on a paper and draw the contour. Cut it. You will use it as a "guide".

Choose the pic you want to use and cut it using the paper.

Cover the pic with plastic... I used a sticky plastic book cover. (I guess you can also do it with tape). After that you have to stick it with glue to the pillbox!

Fight all kind of illnesses and viruses with your new pillbox!
