cut the sleeves off a long sleeved shirt at the length you want them

if its a tight fitting shirt, it will fit great! otherwise-cut and sew! next---cut off a piece of the sleeve but only a small amount up through it.leave a part on though

get shoe laces ready. cut a few holes along both sides of the cut part of the sleeve

then lace the shoe laces through the holes. tie a bow or knot at the top.
