take a piece of wire and make a small loop on one of its end.
the length of the wire depends on the number of beeds you wish to thread through it .

after making the look thread beads in it .
the number color and pattern of the beads completely depends on your liking :)

after you are done with threading the beads of your choice close the pattern by making another wire loop on the top
( the loop should be big enough so that the loop of the earring hook can pass through it.)

now attach the earring hook to the beaded wire/
Do the same with the other earring
and you are DONE !!
