This is the applique heart cushion I made for my Grandma's 80th birthday earlier this month, using fabrics I had for my (long ongoing) patchwork quilt. I'm not always this sentimental, but I used 15 different ones for the 15 hearts because I'm one of 15 grandchildren! I'm really pleased how it turned out. :)
