Fast & easy to make.
This is a stunning torte that your guests or family will be really impressed with.
It is super moist because of the sauce.
It is best served hot with some vanilla ice cream.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat the oven Gas 6 / 200.
Peel & cut the apples into slices.
I suggest cutting them pretty thick so that they keep there shape when cooking.

Step 2Add the sugar & butter to the pan.
Heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 3Cook for a further 4 mins until the liquid thickens a little.

Step 4Add a circle of pastry to the top of the apples.

Step 5Place in the oven for approx 20 mins until the pastry is cooked through.

Step 6Turn onto a plate or serving dish.
