Apple & Custard Pie
This is my take on apple pie & custard.
It is really easy to make & tastes great.

You Will Need

Step 1Pre heat the oven.
Roll out the pastry. Place into pie dish.
Bake blind.

Step 2Core & chop the apples into chunks.
Add to a pan & add sugar & cinnamon.
Cook until all the liquid has been removed from the apples.
Remove from the heat & allow to cool.

Step 3Cook the custard.

Step 4Add the cooled apples to the cooled pastry case.
Pour the custard on top & chill in the fridge until completely set.
