Gather your mateials. I only had silver wire and beads so I decided to make it all in silver.

Make paper beads e.g. using tutorials you can find here:

Now bend the thick wire in the form you like. In this cas a triangle.

The ends of the wire bend to some rings.

This is what it could look like.

Now wrap the wire around your triangle and start to put the beads. At the end of every row wrap it a few times around to fix it.

Fill the entire space of the triangle adding some silver beads (or the color you like).

Now you just have to fix the earring hook and you are done!
