   *Carefully cut out the shapes.
   *glue da paper so its not moving why sprayin..

   *cover your shirt like this to prevent from the paint bleeding

   *spray paint lightly
   *leave it like this for a moment then take off da paper

   *see da result

   *Do da same with another sild of your T-shirt (but when until it dry)
