You Have My Diivided Attention
This is an small oil painting painted last year. It measures 9x9x3.

My favorite color scheme of red, blue, yellow was used.
I used a technique called "technique mixte."
You essentially draw the portrait in charcoal and begin layering darks, whites, and finally color.
I love the finished paintings much more than my acrylic paintings, but the process takes so long because each layer must be fully dry before beginning the next layer.
