From that addicting game comes an easy amigurumi plushie for your favorite bird

This is my second in the Angry Bird plushie series and my next will be the Black Bomb bird. By the way if you are buying all the materials new because you don't have them already it could be a little pricey depending on where you buy, how much yarn you buy (trust me you hardly need a ball for the biggest part of the body), etc. In this tutorial, I used the magic ring a lot. If you don't know how to do this, the first step on my Green Pig tutorial explains how to do it. Sorry in advance for the lack of pictures of the parts. :(

using red yarn,
Rnd 1. 6 sc into mr.
Rnd 2. *2 sc into next st* repeat 6x
Rnd 3. *1 sc into next st, 2 sc into next st* repeat 6x
Rnd 4. *2 sc into next 2 st, 2 sc into next st* repeat 6x
Rnd 5. *3 sc into next 3 st, 2 sc into next st* repeat 6x
Rnd 6. *4 sc into next 4 st, 2 sc into next st* repeat 6x
Rnd 7. *5 sc into next 5 st, 2 sc into next st* repeat 6x

Eyes (make 2)
using white yarn,

Fasten off.
Tail length: 6 in.

Take your sharpie marker (make sure that it is NOT a fine point or king size)put the point in the middle of the eyeball, and spin it to make a nice round dot for the pupil.

Eye Brows (make 1)
using black yarn
Ch 12. sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each sc across. Ch 1, turn.
*sc into 2nd ch from hook and sc into sc after that. ch 1 turn* repeat this 8 times or until same length as other part of eyebrow.

using yellow yarn
Rnd 1. 4 sc into mr
Rnd 2. *1 sc, 2 sc into next st* 2x

Ch 6 tightly

Repeat 2x

When sewing onto the body, sew the tails so that they are still sticking out and so that all three feathers are close together.Then take two of the tails and tie them together. Then take the next two tails and tie them together. Repeat this several times until secure then fasten off.

Sew all the parts onto the body as shown in the picture using the tails we left on the parts and your embroidery needle.
