this does not look that good because I did not have the right size of wire

materials

cut 5 pieces of wire 12 inch long and 1 16 inches
slightly bend the 5 pcs of wire togather -

start wrapping the long piece of wire around the centre

add the pin and continue wraping the wire tight,then add the pearl on the other end of wire

shape the extra wire as a halo over the bead

open the loose ends of the wires to shape wings,you can shape them any way you like,and adjust the length if you want

open the wire below to shape skirt
