You Will Need

Step 1
Start off with a dry white base

Place several straight nail vinyls horizontally across your nail

Fill the spaces between the vinyl with teal and gold polish

Quickly peel off the vinyls

Step 5
Add nail glue to the middle of the nail

Step 6
Place the anchor charm over the nail glue

Seal in the design with topcoat
