Outfit I made from recycling used handbags. The halter top is formed by the bag handle and I un-stitched the seams to lower what now is the neckline and then hand sewed it into place. I took part of the purse and made straps going into the back with grommets for lacing closure in the back. The skirt is also made from a used handbag, I took the bag apart then added grommets on the sides for a lace up closure, I might add a zipper to the center back for easier functionality too.
