This is a cropped halter top and skirt made from recycled hand bags. The top was made from a metallic bag found at a boutique for $12, I used the handle as the neckline and formed the pieces on my dress form. There are grommets in the back for lacing and tying. The skirt is a leather handbag that was donated by a friend with lace cutouts on the sides. [Lace was $30/yd at a high end fabric store and the zipper + leather yolk in front was from scraps left over from a jacket.
