This is based on project on Family Fun's website. My Mom baked the cookies that she made from a box mix but said they turned out too puffy because she didn't roll and cut them out and wished she had just bought the slice and bake kind.

She let me decorate them with what would have been the Sombrero components. Just put frosting on the top of the Reece's cup and some frosting on the cookies and stuck the Reece's Cup on the cookie upside down the decorated it with the sprinkles and sugars.
