Keep it clean and safe II
Again, the non-toxic way of cleaning your house. I used 2 cups of water, a quarter size squirt of Liquid Dr. Bronner's Castille soap and 5 drops of essential oil. (tea tree oil)
Now I've read that some DIY home cleaners use liquid dish soap, but honestly that just defeats the purpose of cleaning toxic free. Because you know that liquid dish soap can't be safe. So I stick with Dr. Bronner's Castille soap. I know that's not toxic.
Also, Tea tree oil is known to be a natural antiseptic with anti-fungal and immune boosting qualities, so in a way you're also disinfecting as you clean.

Shake it up and clean away, knowing that it's safe and effective.

I will say that this book got me started on this whole cleaning with safer products. I've known about this stuff for years, but for some reason never got the umph to try. But I think because in her book, Kim Barnouin also explains WHY you should use the castille soap rather than just telling you that you should. It's well worth checking out at your library: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/10382438-skinny-bitch
There's a whole lot more recipes for cleaning and a lot of good information to get you in the know. Let's put it this way, it'll make you rethink the way you shop for "stuff".
