To make the bow, I used a push mold that I made out of polymer clay. Now I'm looking around the house for other items to make into molds.

Yep! The mold is made out of clay as well as the bow! Just push a shape (e.g. bead, button) into the clay to make an indentation. Then bake according to the instructions. I was going to do a tutorial on that, but someone beat me to it! Just do a project search for "mold."
