Well, this was one of the easiest made costumes ever and the most effective one as well.

I bought all the materials

Dyed the cuff (?) green

Put on the tights... painted the rest of my body which stuck out of the dress in yellow

Put in the dress, the shoes, the necklace and the wig.

Finally I put the "eyes" on, which are made out of a styrofoam ball, which is cut in half and then I have out holes in the halves. I fixed the halves with a elastic string and put them on...
