Your ingredients are:
*Tofu (firm or Medium Firm)
*Cheese (Use mozzarella or queso fresco)
* Lettuce or Spinach
Cut up tomatoes & onions.
Rinse and dry lettuce/spinach and the alfalfa sprouts.
Fry up a nice piece of Tofu and cut a good amount of cheese.
Toast that bread!
Put mayo on both pieces of bread.
