I used nothing but Tulip paint on this whole entire outfit. I worked on them for weeks. I covered the shoes every where with dots. Time and Patience was a big factor here. I did not tape the shoes off this time. I just had to be really careful. I used the Black Airforces with this outfit too. I worked on the shirt after the shoes. These actually sold to a boy, I made them for a girl, but the colors was for either. I enjoyed making these alot.
