    Step 4

Sift the flour and salt together and add it to the margering mixture (while it's still on the flame)all at once. Gently mix it together until the flour has absorbed some of the margerine and water and then beat it with a wooden spoon until it leaves the sides of the saucepan and looks like this. Let it cook for 30sec.
<----- Now, leave it to cool right down. If you don't ,you'll end up with scrambled eggs later on...

  • Step 5

Now, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat the hell outof them until they're all fluffy and light yellow. This allows air to get into them and makes the puffs nice a big.

  • Step 6

Once the flour mixture has cooled completely, add the eggs gradually and mix them in. Make little balls and place them on the baking tray and in the oven for 10mins at 200 degrees celcius and then for 15mins at 180 degrees celcius.

  • Step 7

While the puffs are in the oven, beat the cream until thick and light and melt the two slabs of chocolate. When the puffs are ready, poke them with toothpicks to help them dry out and let them cool. fill them with cream and cover them in chocolate and munch away!! :)
