Hope you all enjoy! This design looks complicated but it's really easy.

Materials:
nail polish (any kind and colour of your choice)
striper polish (i used LA Colors Art Deco Striper Polish) these can be purchased at your local drugstore/dollar store/forever 21/ebay...
makeup sponge or makeup brush to do the fading effect.
