A Mini Hat

A vintage style mini hat

This was originally a gross looking, hat shaped, pin cushion that I found in a second hand shop. I took it apart and made it over :)

The base is 2 pieces of card, covered in fabric and sewn together. The top is a deep plastic jar lid filled with wadding and covered in fabric.
