Sometimes,in some places,when I wear so short dresses,or skirts,I feel so uncomfortable.So I decided to sew this tulle skirt for making my short things longer.
It turns my tops a dress=).
It looks really cool!

Well,I used an undercoat,but it can be a black fabric.Firstly,i measured my waist,then I used 130cm for the waist,and I used 45 for the length(but it's up to you).

then I sew the 48cm lenght,130 cm waist tulle.After that,I made the other tulle(46 cm lenght,130 cm waist).then don't forget to do the waist for rubber.

then I put the rubber in the skirt.I sew the other parts to finish the skirt.
It's the final part.
