get your fabric prepped. I always iron my fabric before I start it makes for a better cut.

next cut out shape of bird. I though of it like a bean shape but rather than being all the way round it had a point at one end for the tail.

Now take out your second fabric. the one that you will be doing the beak and wings. Now cut out a square for the beak. fold that square in half and hand sew it close so it makes a triangle.

From the same fabric cut out two little wings.

now figure out where you want your button eyes on your little birdy, and sew them on both pieces.

now sew the wings on both sides

now pin right sides together, but while your ding this also pin the beak facing in wards so it will be sewn into the seam.

start sewing, and remember to leave a small opening to pull threw.

now time to pull threw. I just stick my fingers in and just start pulling gently.

If every thing pulled threw right and looks fine you can begin stuffing. Though make sure ever thing is staying all well.

now sew your little birdy up and your good to go.
