Bring 4 cups of water into a boil and get 1/4 of a cup from the boiling water to dissolve the gelatin. When the gelatin has no bumps, add it to the rest of the water and stir. Add 2 tbsp of clear vanilla flavor.

Let the mix cool a little.

spray pam onto a napkin and grease the clear container.

You'll need about 4-5 12 oz clear containers. fill them up about half way.

with a napkin, remove any bubbles from the gelatin and let it set.

When the gelatin is completely set, with a small knife, cut out a small cone shape from the middle of the gelatin.

To make the flan part, add the two cans of condense milk to a boil and take out about 1/4 to dissolve 2 of gelatin into it. when there are no bumps on the gelatin mix add it to the rest of the boiling condense milk. Make sure to stir constantly so you won't get any bumps.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue stirring.

put the flan mix into different containers, as many colors as you plan to make.
Save 3/4 of it for later.

Now that you have everything you need, work by the sink. Put all the syringes you are using in a cup with the hot water running on low. This will prevent the gelatin to set.

Insert the syringe onto the clear gelatin where you cut the cone and press the syringe lightly and pull out.
repeat the step until you are happy with the middle part. Wipe any access gelatin before it sets.

With a different color on your syringe, insert it and move it as the picture shows, as if you are drawing a drop of water. then fill it in.

Make as many petals as you want.

for the leaf insert the syringe and make a line

start making smaller lines until its as full as you want it.

when you are done adding petals and leafs let the gelatin set.

If by now the flan has set, put it in a microwave safe bowl and put it in the microwave for a few seconds until its good to pour on the gelatin. make sure it doesn't have any bumps.
add the flan part and let it set.
and you are done.
