polka dot, boob-tube or halter-neck dress, very 50's swing WITH pleats.
I found the pleats the hardest to do, as they had to be equal, but joining the skirt+vest together with the elastic band was easy.
it sits nicely on your waist, but can be pulled down for a longer effect.
i'm very willing to help anyone re-make this if you fancy msging me?
