Just a short and easy tutorial!!
Sorry for bad explaining, my first tutoral.

First, gather 2 ballons.

Next, stretch out only ONE balloon.

Put most of the unstretched balloon inside the strecthed one, but don't ball it up.(leave the part you blow out.

Blow up the inside balloon as big as you want it, making sure the out side balloon doesnt fall off.When its asbig as you want it, tie it (NOT THE OUT SIDE ONE).

Now blow up the outside one bigger than the one you just did.

When youre done, Tie it and make sure the inside balloon is not also tied to the outside one.
