I made this dress with pink slik underneath black floral and pokadoted lace,the top is boned (with wire)and is strapless I put elastic in the silk at the bottom of the skirt to create the bubble effect, the lace on top of the silk in the skirt does not have elastic in it so it falls over the bubbled bottom
