Plush Felt Pixel Smile Cushion.
You can use any fabric that you have left laying around.
I live felt and it gives it a plashy feel.
This makes for a great gift.

    Map out your pixels.
    You can use grid paper or a computer.

    Cut out all of your felt into uniform squares.
    (mine are 3x3cm, finnished shape was 22cm or 8.5inches)

    Cut dudble for the faces and only one for the sides and eyes/smile.
    (for my smile I had yellow = 88, Black =52)

    Lay them out on the flat surface in the pixel patten you want.

    Stich the squares together, keeping them laid out so you can see the pattern.

    I found it easyer to hand-swe them together cause they are very small or you can use a sweing machine.

    Make sure your stiching is even and tidy.

    When you have both faces sewn, join them together inside out making sure you have a gap 2-4 squares open so you can stuff it.

    It should look like this.

    TIP: sew the black sides together in a line before sewing it to the faces.

    Sew the black to one face then join to the other.

    Turn your pixle inside out and stuff it.

    Use a pen or pencil to get the stuffing up into the corners.

    Sew the gap together.

    YAY all done.

    You can turn anything into pexles so have fun and play with ideas.
