Line eye with orange eyeliner, I used Urban decay pencil in Lucky.
I also added some scotch tape on the side to form a barrier for the eyeliners next step

Wing the eyeliner out following the tape. Make sure to stick the tape on your hand a few times to make sure its not so sticky it hurts to take off

Add some blue eyeshadow under the eye and flick it out as well

Prime eye with Mac shadestick in butternutty

Pat on the inside of the lid a light blue color with lotsa shimmer!
Used: Mac shadow in Steamy

Then on the out part of the lid add a darker shade of blue.
Used: Mac shadow in Blue sorcery

Begin to add a light orange to the crease.

Then bring a slightly darker orange to the end winging that out.

On the browbone add another even lighter shade of orange! (I know lots of orange)

Finish with mascara!

And for added affect I used LA splash mascara in color "Sea squirt" They have the best colored mascaras EVER!
