I actually saw a version of this top on etsy, but being the broke college student i am could nto cough up the 30 bucks for it so decided to make my own version, tweaking it a bit. The top I saw didnt have ruffly sleeves. I think it came out pretty cute ^_^ It took forever due to the fact i had to hand stitch everything!
