Unfortunately, main picture isn't mine. I took it from pinterest. I forgot to take a picture when I made my ice cream.
This Recipe is for 1 personal serving.
In Small Bag
* Combine Double cream , Sugar & Vanilla
* Squeeze out excess air and close bag
* Reinforce by coving the top with the heavy duty tape
* Set aside
In a Large Bag
*Combine Salt & Ice
*Place the small bag (with the cream mix) into the large bag (with the ice mixture.)
*Put both bags into the last large bag.
*Make sure that the air is squeezed out of all the bags and that they are all securely closed.
Shake! Turn your bag as you go to cool the ice cream mixture evenly.
Do this for about 5 minutes or until the cream mixture is firm but soft.
Remove ice cream bag and wipe it with a towel to remove any salt.
Cut bag open and spoon your ice cream into a cup. Add toppings and Enjoy! :)
