Instructions

  1. Step 1 1

First Take a tube and decorate it however you want. You probably would want to use a toilet paper roll. I used a plate to make my tube to save time.(And I had no rolls to use)

  2. Step 2 2

cut out a small circle our of card stock or any strong paper that will JUST fit within your tube. String a piece of string or desired length with a bead knotted on the end until the bead is touching the paper like the picture.

  3. Step 3 3

Push the circle a little bit in to the tube. If you cut it out the right size it will just stick in there. Make sure the side of the circle containing the bead goes inside of the tube you made.

  4. Step 4 4

Fill the tube up with confetti or any colored paper, but make sure YOU DO NOT STUFF IT IN TO TIGHTLY OR IT WILL JUST STICK AND IT WON'T COME OUT EASILY!

  5. Step 5 5

Cut out another circle, and make a slit that goes halfway through the circle. (Radius) then you can fold it over itself to make a cone.

  6. Step 6 6

Use a hole puncher to make two hole on the opposite sides of the tube at the top opening. Put one piece of string through the two holes and bring them together at the top. Put a bead through both of the strings. This will keep the cone centered.

  7. Step 7 7

Cut a small hole in the top of your cone and string it through the two ends form the last step. Tie a knot to secure it.

  8. Step 8 8

Once your done you can add streamers, or stickers or anything else you want it to have. Also, using the string from the top of the cone, you can tie it to the ceiling too. Tie a bead at the bottom of the pulling string and you're done! If you have any questions, comment or message me. HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!
